Bad service from VUMATEL/Webafrica

I logged with Webafrica and i was attended after 3hrs, my fibre box lost connect then Webafrica sent VUMATEL to fix they then tell me the cable outside is damged i must pay R800. mind you this is the same cable that they installed untidy and now that is damaged i must pay. what is worse is that my monthly subscription has already been deducted so what now. i just feel that they so unproffessional and its worse when they deal us fellow "blacks"
