Bad Service from Vumatel/Vodacom fibre

I have been struggling for two weeks to get vumatel to activate my fibre. SR*** Vodacom agents have been sending them activation requests on email however nothing gets done. Instead I am given new excuses on the daily and no reasonable explanation on why they're failing to activate my line
