Bad Service from Vumatel

These guys have inconvenienced me greatly. They respond to every ISP that tries to sign me up with a message that i have "An inflight order with another ISP" . i currently do not have any ISP active at my current address and none of the ISPs are able to sign me up because of this error. Furthermore there is no way to directly make a service request with Vumatel, which has left me stuck for months without fibre.
