BAD Service from Vumatel
GoodDay Vumatel is the WORST Business I've ever delt with...we have upgraded our WifiSpeed from 20 to 40 n few months ago...the Speed still doesn't even reach 20 after the upgrade...they sent you from *pillar to post" or everytime we contact them...they would say "we waiting for feedback from the team" the worst part is we pay them accidentally twice for one month...they just don't give back our R480 extra we paid...it's excuse upon excuse...we are paying for something we don't get for months now...we just don't know what to do anymore☹️
