Bad service from Vumatel
Logged a call 2 days ago to repair our fibre. Was told their response time to come out would be 24-48 hrs. 48 hrs up.... I called now only to get told they will call me to set up an appt to come out! Not acceptable! Can someone helpful from Vumatel please assist!

It's difficult trying to get hold of the same person (I think it was Grace) who left a message, when I get given the call centres number. Held on for 15 mins .... no one came back to me.
