Bad service from vumatel

I have tried since Monday every day since no help from Mweb and Vumatel to phone me, regarding a bad installation. all that Mweb can say is they will escalate the matter, but nothing is happening, I'm paying for a service that not working at all. Vumatel is not serious about customer service or business as long as they getting there moneys out of people. bas service and not good for business.
