Bad service from Vumatel

Vumatel is taking it's customers for granted.We have been without wi-fi from 09-10 April here at Protea Glen and when we report we are told:"Thank you for your patience. Please note that your connectivity issue is linked to an open network incident currently affecting your area. Our network provider is aware of the fault, and technicians are actively working to investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible. As this is a broader network problem, resolution may take some time, but please be assured it is being treated with urgency. We understand how frustrating this can be and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will continue to monitor the incident and keep you updated on any progress." This is unacceptable considering that some of us work from home.
