Bad service from vuma!!

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your Vuma Sdv from the 2nd of Oct 2024, I paid for installation and they said they will come I've been waiting.

I am working from home and am struggling because of them to work !been calling but they phones goes straight to voicemail, today I called and they said I have to pay again and they will refund my money in 2 weeks 😡😡😡I wouldn't recommend th3m!!
