Bad service fro. VUMATEL

We lodged in a complaint about our wifi cable taulty on 2nd May 2026, it's the 12 May and they haven't come to fix our cable. We have been calling and calling but nothing. My son is writing his exam but now he can't because vumatel aren't not helping at all. I am thinking of subscribing and I want my money back cos a paid for their services for this Mont of May.
