Bad service fibre provider

It's the worst possible fibre installation company I've dealt with so far. I recently relocated but my application for internet was done a month ago and up until now I'm still waiting. Everytime I enquire they refer me to my service provider or to the previous owner. My kids are suffering because they are students. I would never recommend Vumatel to anyone.
