Bad service

I am very disgusted by a service am receiving from VUMA, they created an account for me and I paid same day, that was 27 November 2021. I received a n Sms saying monies was received and I will receive a call confirming installation even now I haven't received a call. I called mweb they said they escalating matter but still. No one seems to care even the guy who was assisting me is just blue ticking me. I would not recommend VUMA to anyone one their service sucks they just take people for granted. In these economic times we budget when we do things I can't pay R400 and also have to buy R19 data daily.
