Bad Service

Hi team

I am. Writing this review as the service that we are getting with the service provider Vumatel. Firstly they sent a outsource company who does they infurstuctor and they messed our yard up. We complained and they came back and did a shabby job. Where they have dug to put cabling now the sand is sinking. This can be verified as currently in the complex. When we contact them they alway pass the buck to Vumatel. I have full conversation with them. Secondly we are with WebAfrica and they customer service is absolutely patattic. I they have now sense of urgency and make you wait when you contact them and this can only be done via what'sapp.

People I have had interation with was the Manager of infurstuctor from Vumatel I have his name as Trevor and Steve the guy that is outsourced by Vumatel.

Please can action be taken accordingly as I am not the only person in the area having this issue. We a fair paying customers and not asking for a free service. Give us what we paying for.
