bad service

my line has been down since the 9th of nov 2022 no communication that the line will be down m still waiting for vumatel techncian metro fibre blaming vumatel for the line being down no one wants to take responbility .and i contacted metro fibre when i signed up for fibre .now i nned to deal with the third party .metro fibre service is bad can they please send a technician to my place please contact me on ***
