Bad service

I had reported the issue with Vuma about how they were supposed to come install the fibre at my house and they didn't show up and they told me the issue would be handled and the installation was to be rescheduled for the 13th of September 2023 at 10:30am today. I have been waiting as 10:30 has passed now and still no technicians from Vuma have showed up
