Bad Service😠

With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that the Vuma internet connection is K**k...I have made several visits in their office with no luck. This is not a professional way to run a business.. You need a proper customer service department. I always pay my dues within time and still, I have to face such issues.😠😠😠😠
