Bad Service

Good Day I am not happy with the customer service i got from Vuma Agents, first it took the agent 3 days to process my application, and another 3 days waiting for my password even now no password as yet, the agent's name is Nyiko - (Male agent). I then acquired the cell number of a field supervisor by the Name of Zanele Ndlovu upon calling instead of helping me, she asked me where i got her number from and mentioned a Popy Act, of which i then asked her for her work contact number she then got angry with me and threatened too hang up the phone and she indeed she hangup the phone. I got her contact details from one of the field agents. I am very angry and appalled by the customer service I got from both Nyiko and Supervisor Zanele Ndlovu.
