Bad service
It’s impossible to get hold of anyone to help at vumatel. My fibres been off all day. I reported it to MWEB who issues me with a ticket number and said someone would be in touch today to make an appointment to come through. Heard nothing. You can only use there WhatsApp line as there customer service line was discontinued since 2021. The WhatsApp line said they were connecting me to a customer care agent. Well my hair has gone grey waiting for that. Shocking shocking service.

04 May 2023, 15:13Nobody else in the area is down and I was told by Mweb that there was no general outage reported. Its now been two days without fibre.
