Bad service

I'm really disappointed in vumatel/webafrica I'm.working from home CIC interactive not working Vumatel blocked it others sessions are working fine except CIC interactive to make nor receive calls I cannot perform my work duties because of Vumatel blocking CIC Mr CEO of Vumatel your not taking care of your clients kindly fix this issue asap it's affecting us terribly
