Bad service

Been reporting an issue of slow internet for the past 3 days without any help and now im forced to buy data for the whole family even though I pay for Fibre on time vuma does not care their only focus is getting new clients existing ones don't matter their WhatsApp channel agents just end conversation without any solution im done with vuma.
