Bad service

I have been struggling with a matter pertaining changing my contract with them. They've updated the contract and have been deducting the amount based on the new agreement however have not arrived to install the second router after TWO MONTHS! I have contacted them countlessly with no assistance.I am disappointed and honestly feel ********** !
