Bad service

Im not happy about the whole thing ...I bought vuma .the guys came and install everything was fine ..tomorrow the router has no connection..we have to log a complain...they came again and fix it ...the other day again the same problem. Now its worse they the router now the router is completely off...I logged another complaint now they don't get back to me ..this this is totally wrong I paid..its not like I got it free..I'm totally not happy about the service I got 😡😡😡
