Bad service

Service is so poor. I was called on Monday that they will be coming to install on a Tuesday. I told them that I'm only available Thursday. The technician came Tuesday and had to turn back because also the employees cannot communicate amongst themselves. Today is Thursday in the morning I called to confirm whether the technician is coming I was told yes. It's in the afternoon now I just got a call from them telling me my order has been cancelled for installation for today, when can they come again. Now I have to ask for a leave day again at work that I do not even get paid for.
