Bad service by SADV

Good day M writing this with a broken heart aftr i paid fr my vuma order last weekend of April and my order was sent to SADV which till today i havent got anyone to call me and arrange my installation... They wer provided with both contacts mine and that of alternative but non wer called.... Vuma must direct their orders to reliable installers not SADV they do mot car... Their WhatsApp will stuck on Me being sent to a consultant for days without anyone responding or attending to it... I want to cancel my order.
