Bad service beyond the word bad

Mweb blames vuma tel for not connecting me. Because the Fibre is already installed I already and it's a matter of reconnecting but it takes more than 7 days vumatel u guys must be very busy. Like I upload u for being busy like the government departs it's so bad and very ****py unacceptable poor service as it best . Evotel is much better quick response and reliable Kids are doing online learning We working from home It's like we leaving in a day and age of those days for land lines this is Fibre life should be easy but no its not easy. This is bull**** service nonsense
