Bad service

I would not recommend Vuma and Vodacom.I requested an installation at the rental flats where I stay at.They checked if there was coverage and discovered there 2 lines active so they said I can proceed with payments since there is coverage.After I made payment and sent proof of payment then they tell me they cannot install a third line I have to request a refund.Since 09/02/2026I have been given the run around.I have been given different emails to send documents to but still no joy.
