Bad service

Good morning We have made numerous calls for our wifi to be fixed and every time they said they will send a technician after 3 days our tickets are closed. We paid for our wifi service on the 2nd of Jan and even today we are struggling to use it, why are we wasting our money on you guys if we are not getting service.
