Bad Service

Vumatel installed fibre at my house and their cables just got damaged due to poor workmanship. They put coil covered cables that were not covered safely or away from possible damages. During the lockdown with no garden services, those cables got burried under grass and ****s. They then got damaged in the process of cleaning up. Vumatel won't take responsibility of their contractors poor work and now they want me to pay a full amount equal to first time installation.
