Bad service

Have been trying to get connected for home fibre and Vumatel are holding up the process according to Afrihost. Have tried contacting Vumatel direct ............ no joy and i think after 10 days and many emails would be done by now but no. Seems Vumatel is holding up the process according to Afrihost.
