Bad service at installation stage

I made arrangements for an installation beginning of the week, took a day off at work before installation I was told I need to pay an extra 150 I asked why I was not told before, and when will they install after I pay it The agent by the name of keamogetswe chiloene offered a refund instead He/she is rude He is nolonger answering my texts now. I can not receive such service at installation stage! Terrible terrible, I will not even recommend anyone
