Bad service and very inexperienced agents

A month ago I app**** for fiber connection from one of field agent from Vumatel, and fast forward, after a month later I given a call to tell that my area is live and I must go make a payment to the reference number provided. then now its been 2 weeks without having any connection and no one seem to know what is supposed to happen
