Bad service and terrible holding time

Vuma reach is the worst. The service is pathetic. My debt order never ran due to a systematic issue on their side it been a week of me calling them to deduct and open my fibre line. Everyday my husband is on hold for an hour and told it would be processed but nothing. We work from home and need internet. Our account is with AFRIHOST but they keep putting me through to technical because only they can resend the payment via pay fast. No one can offer me any solution. Don't ever make use of them. AFRIHOST website just as useless. Was promised today again that payment would go off during the day and still nothing happening.
