bad service and staff who dont know what they doing

2 weeks later and i am still not assisted. I called the call center and they also can not assist, worst service ever, How long does fiber installation take. Afrihost keeps on telling me the same thing : Please note that Vumatel has advised that there is a civil issue as a distribution cable has been cut.
