Bad Service and rude agents

Woow the service received at the company has been horrible. They just leave job incomplete and tell you to wait 48 hours and when you call after 48. They tell you to wait for another 48 hours... Very rude agent "Lerato". Between them Vuma and Vox the lack of communication is horrible.
