Bad service and over committed

Been waiting for instalation for 3 weeks, then once the installation was done the fiber box out side was damaged. Now have been told that it will take another 2 weeks before the technicians will come to repair fiber box outside. Surly there is another company that someone can use besides Vumatel. If your to busy employ more staff to keep your clients happy.
