Bad Service and not worth it.

Worse experience ever to opt these guys to rely on for your fibre. I was being shouted at by the customer care urgent and being called stupid for not understanding why my internet is not working.

I even asked if I can get the matter escalated but then she said management does not care about such a small issue and I asked how is internet not working a small issue and why is not resolved if that's a small issue. I have been having internet issue for almost 5 months straight now only for the technician to come and fix it for few hours and it goes back to not working again. I have been going back and forth between the ISP and the Infrastructure manager as Vuma and their customer agent (Phumuza) was not willing to help me at all and her customer experience needs to be looked into.
