BAD SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION

I am disappointed with VUMA! Every month or 3rd day the fibre is off. I’ve never missed a payment since I started using them but NO I always have problems. Right now my fibre has been off since this morning, nothing is being communicated about the reason and they are not responding to any of my messages, I will never recommend VUMA to any of my friends or family because I am ashamed of using there network seriously!!!! I want an answer about why my fibre is Off when it will be fixed because at this rate I might lose my Job for something I pay every month on time.
