Bad service and

I have app**** for Fibre in the complex i stay through Vox. Everything was approved at Vox, but Vumatel declined my order because according to them, they don't cover the area i am staying, but there are fibre in our complex and on Vumatel website shows that they do cover that area. My cousin got his fibre installed two weeks ago from Vumatel and he uses Legend Connect. According to Jaun who helped me with getting a contract at Vox, says that the product manager and vumatel are still busy sorting the problem out. The problem are that their system shows that there are no coverage in my complex. Mundi Mutshekwa gave me a Vumatel order ref number: VC-***.
