BAD SERVICE AFTER I PAYED FOR THE SERVICE

I have the internet issue on my fiber that is connected via Vumatel with Webafrica as the Service provider and the technician came today and advise me that my connection needs configurations so i need to wait so i told them that i am working inside the house can they come and update me , but they never do that they just went away with talking me or update me so i am paying for the bad service or what this is the bull**** service from Webafrica as the Service Provider and Vumatel both of them their call center is useless for me cause the number is there but they can't assist me
