Bad Service

Last week Tuesday I was advised that installation will be done on the 28th of August at 10AM. And up to now no one has been to my premise. No communication whatsoever. I’ve been thrown from pillar to post by Vumatel. No one wants to take responsibility. I’ve been waiting for a month for installation to be done. Their call centre Agents are extremely rude. Pathetic service
