Bad service

I paid vumatel yesterday for R399 fiber, scheduled my installation for today at 08:00 instead they came at 07:30. I sent the representative my address and did confirm that there is a coverage, when the installation guys came they told me that it's the wrong address what they have on them it doesn't correspond with what they see"address". They went back without even install the Fibre. Please do assist me on this
