Bad service

Vumatel service is ***, I was offline since around 2 and called the service provider and told me that they logged a ticket with vuma till this time around nothing has happened and no one bother calling me and the useless contact number is not working. I'm so angry, pls make sure someone call me or else I'm changing to another fibre. ***
