Bad service
I decided I'm leaving this wifi, everything is just whack, I've reported an issue about my wifi Friday but still hasn't been fixed even now? And it's not the first time they doing this. You cannot call them directly aswell, it is frustrating yhuo

19 Sept 2023, 15:59Safety reasons? When you were marketing vumatel door to door, did you ever thing of safety reasons?, now people finall installed the wifi, now all of a sudden it's safety reasons?. We have kids doing homework and we have online jobs but now we must pay data to do our work but we have already paid for wifi. Web Africa customer agent busy lying saying technicians are being sent out, but we still here begging for you guys to fix the issue of the wifi. This thing mustn't be one sided bethunana every time when the wifi needs to be fixed it takes 1 week or more than one week. I guess even today I'll sleep my wifi not operating but at the end of the month you'll want full amount. I pray I find a better service than this.
