Bad service

Yoh Vumatel has such bad bad service after I've tried to contact @Vumatel for days to fix my WiFi because I paid but it is not working it's been almost two weeks now and still no help instead they don't respond ,please @Vumatel mind you this is not happening for the first time I paid but why is it not working!??
