Bad service

Mweb (vumatel) does it deserve a star at all, been waiting for over two months for installation and they keep postponing my install by date, very quick to get my money, but not delivering the services, been promised numerous times that they will deliver nothing, I don't want their services anymore, please cancel the order, I need my money back.
