Bad service

Paid for my wifi Friday it only worked for couple of hours, it has been down since last week Friday tried to get help with no luck. They did log the ticket for me on Tuesday but till today my wifi is not working..... 7days down the drain when it's time to pay are you gonna count this 7days that has
