Bad service

Vuma service is very bad, they installed vuma at my house and the are certain things I dont understand. I have sent out a request on their Facebook page for help but they dont even bother to call me it's been 2 weeks now. I regret why I have installed it and I need someone to call me urgently to call me. When you call their landline you dont get someone to assist you the line is always busy. It is just a pile to post to get help
