Bad service

Our internet has been down since Sunday the 06th of November. The Wi-Fi has been paid but we haven’t had any internet connection since Sunday, they can’t even tell us what the problem is, I’ve been waiting for the “technician’s” feedback since Monday morning. Bad bad service from you guys..it’s not even the first time such nonsense happens
