Bad service

I am truly disappointed in vumatel i ordered weeks ago a wifi for R99 but I stead I got a wrong reference when I had to pay the payment didn't not succeed yesterday I asked an agent to give me a new reference number but to no vail they keep telling it's the system it's been 24 hours waiting for a new reference number but they keep giving wrong order which I didn't order my order number is OVK-*** am really not happy
