Bad service

I have been without internet for almost 3 days, in these three days Vumatel have not been able to give me a clear indication of the problem, I call my ISP provider a couple of time a day and they have not received clear feedback with regards to the problem. My ticket number is ISP-866312, could some please get back to me.
