Bad service

Vumatel I basically de*****ing us. We pay the service and and send an email confirming the payment and I still have my account suspended. I don't know why is it hard for them to uplift my suspension when they can see on their system that I have successfully paid. I'm wasting my airtime trying to call them and Home-connect
